Weight Loss Training: When you sign on to get Shrinked you are embarking on a journey that will set you on the path to achieve your weight loss goals. With the Shrinked Team of Psychologists, Doctors, Nutrition and Exercise Scientists and Neuroscientists you will complete weekly videos and activities as part of your training. From planning and preparation through to action and setting up for maintenance, you will be guided through the changes that can revolutionise your approach to your health, fitness and wellbeing.
We will NOT just tell you what to eat and how to exercise. You will NOT see any of the Shrinked Team wearing bikinis or telling you how to ‘get your bikini body’. We understand that this undermines your struggles with your weight. Instead we WILL clarify food and exercise related myths, before focusing on how you can make your brain work for you. Through Shrinked you will learn how to use your brain to optimise your metabolism AND get back in control of your choices!
The Shrinked training is delivered over 14 weekly modules, with each module designed to build on the previous content and provide the skills, knowledge and motivation to help you lose weight, form new habits and continue to make progress on your weight loss journey.
You’ll have access to the Shrinked training and all the resources that go with it for as long as you are subscribed, however, so there is no need to rush your journey! We understand that everyone progresses at their own pace and no two journeys are exactly the same, so you can revisit modules, specific lessons, or even redo the entire program! Whatever you need to focus on making changes that will stick.
You’ll also have access to the Shrinked community to help you stay focused, maintain your motivation, seek inspiration and find the answers that will help you on your journey. The community forums will give you direct contact with Shrinked’s panel of experts, as well as the support and advice of fellow Shrinkers! So for as long as you need the support, and however long your weight loss journey may take, you can have access to the training, resources and community that is Shrinked. And when you decide that you’ve achieved your goals or no longer need the support you can stop your subscription at any time.
